CONCLUSIONS:
This is an extremely well built steel sailing yacht that the owner has just completed a four-year very extensive refit. This yacht appears to be in almost new condition. The owner appears to be very capable and experienced, and has taken excellent condition of this vessel. This boat is the best maintained and outfitted yacht that I have surveyed recently and is well suited for ocean cruising.
